Easy Coronavirus Prep, Prevention, and Health Boosters
As you know, we face uncertain times. In such times, it’s important to be prepared — both externally and internally. Last week, I couldn’t find ANY masks or hand sanitizer in the 12 stores I went to, so I made my own mask and sanitizer (rather than pay Amazon.com $50 per bottle) It’s easy, inexpensive, and just as effective as what you used to be able to buy in stores. In fact, there are many simple ways to prepare for this possible pandemic that won’t cost you a lot of time or money. If you’ve tried to buy hand sanitizer lately, you may have noticed that you can’t find it anywhere. Luckily, you can make hand sanitizer at home by simply mixing 2/3rd cup of 91% rubbing alcohol with 1/3rd cup of aloe vera gel. Unlike hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol is currently easy to find and very effective at killing the coronavirus. Then, put this mixture in a small bottle you can use throughout the day. I attached my small bottle to my belt with a string so it’s always readily available. No, it’s not a great fashion statement, but I’d rather be alive than look cool.
